It is used for high-precision measurement of the vertex angle and azimuth of the vertical or directional hole in the magnetic mining area and the iron casing; It is widely used in drilling and logging fields such as metallurgy, engineering, hydrology, oil field, coal field and geology.
    The instrument is composed of inclinometer tube, notebook computer, charger, etc., and is designed as a portable wireless working mode; It is equipped with special software to display and print the borehole inclinometer data sheet, draw the borehole plane, profile, side projection and Spatial trajectory.

Main Technical Features

   1. Fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) is a kind of high-tech element that uses optical SAGNAC effect to realize angular rate measurement. It is mainly used in missile navigation and guidance, ship navigation and attitude control, positioning and orientation system. Compared with conventional electromechanical gyroscope, it has the characteristics of all-solid-state structure, short starting time, large dynamic range, high reliability, long service life and strong seismic performance.
    2. The instrument uses high-precision fiber optic gyroscope as the azimuth measuring element, which is small in size, long in life, strong in shock and vibration resistance, and small in zero drift. It is the most ideal orientation sensor for measuring azimuth angle in magnetic ore areas and iron casing drilling, which avoids the disadvantages of dynamically tuned gyro and improves the advantages of dynamically tuned gyro.
    3. This instrument adopts high-precision dual-axis inclination sensor as the measuring device of vertex angle, and obtains the vertex angle data after 24-bit AD sampling and data processing.
    4. The optimal digital signal processing is applied to optimize the measurement system, and the vertex angle and azimuth angle are measured accurately, so that the measurement results meet the requirements of high accuracy; The dynamic compensation technology is applied to eliminate the zero drift of the gyroscope and realize high-precision measurement of zero drift.
    5. Without ground orientation, the true north position angle of the borehole can be measured at any time, saving time and effort, and ensuring the measurement accuracy.
    6. The ground computer transmits the survey configuration to the downhole survey probe, and transmits the azimuth, vertex angle and other survey data from the downhole survey probe tube.
    7. The computer carries out data processing, saving, plane projection and three-dimensional trajectory map on the ground.
