Summary
  The instrument is based on industry standards relevant provisions of People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering, in using pneumatic loading work, suitable for hot mix asphalt material and simulate field conditions make asphalt specimen, the specimen can be used to make rutting test, cut into rods or coring may be used for indirect tensile test and residual strain. This instrument can be made of asphalt test block according to European standard or national standard.
    The instrument is calibrated by the measurement and verification of the highway engineering test instrument of the Ministry of communications, and the test data are in line with the same kind of original imported equipment. Stable performance, reliable operation.


I. Main technical features
1. Using MITSUBISHI PLC as the core of the control system, safe, reliable and stable. The system has perfect self-protection, have the ability to do long-term work under the complex condition of environment.
2. Use Japanese Mitsubishi touch screen as the man-machine dialogue window, the operation interface is clear and good, in Chinese and English dual interface. Setting operational parameters is simple, real-time display work process-related data.
3. Rolling vibration mode, using Panasonic inverter, in the (0 ~ 50) Hz, the vibration frequency can be changed arbitrarily, vibration compaction simulation scene.
4. Sector steel wheel rolling, rolling speed can be regulated, the operator can select and set rolling beats per minute.
5. Wheel crushed type machine mold dimensions: 300mm × 300mm, 300mm × 400mm, 305mm × 300mm, 305mm × 400mm mold thickness dimension: (50 ~ 120) mm, according to the user's request, suitable for use ruts instrument.
6. The maximum compaction load 55KN, equivalent to the maximum static scene rolling wheel.
7. Through four regulator knob, the operator can adjust and set the compaction load levels.
