It is suitable to determine the consistence of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixtures and test paving peaceability to confirm the ratio design of the appropriate water of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture.
1. It is composed of a cone, a piece of cushion and a piece of baseboard.
2. The truncated cone is made of aluminium alloy.
3. The baseboard is made of stainless steel. It is durable and easy to read with the scale.
