  The instrument is a new multi-functional product,it is suitable to use and analyze in heavy oil four-componet,petroleum fraction saturated hydrocarbon and arene separation method(Chromatograph separation method),crude oil wax content,raw petroleum wax,colloid,asphaltene content.
    The instrument includes three parts:SYD-0509Z Petroleum Heavy Oil Family Four-Component Automatic Tester(Main unit),SYD-0509Q Adsorption Column Automatic Loading and Cleaning Tester(Auxiliary machine 1),SYD-0509H Solvent Automatic Evaporation and Recovery Tester(Auxiliary machine 2)The instrument is designed according to automation and environmental concept,it protects the operators from the poisonous solvent at the greatest extent,and recycle the poisonous solvent when evaporating.The following introduction:the auxiliary machine- SYD-0509Q Adsorption Column Automatic Loading and Cleaning Tester.
    The instrument can fill the aluminium oxide of adsorption column evenly and densely,clean the adsorption column automatically after the test.
 

2. Main technical features
1.All English version interface,industry mainboard,7 inch touch LCD display.
2.It can fill the 4 pieces glass adsorption column with the aluminium oxide at the same time,each channel individually control the sample loading vibratory device to make sure the even and dense aluminium oxide in adsorption column.
3.It can clean at most 4 pieces glass adsorption column at the same time with the tap water or water pump of the instrument by itself.
4.It can automatically clean the column up and down separately to ensure the inner of adsorption columns are cleaned completely.
5.It's easy installation,convenient and less water consumption when cleaning glass adsorption columns.
6.There are the hanging glass adsorption column device at the right of the instrument to suspend 8 pieces glass column meanwhile after the cleaning.
